Return Policies

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, PoolVacParts.com is glad to refund or exchange any new and unused (non-defective) merchandise within 30 days of receipt. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked manufacturer packaging including all parts, accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fee's will not be assed if you are exchanging an item from any of our other websites.

All returns must be approved prior by a customer service representative, and an RMA will be issued for your return. Pool Vac Parts reserves the right to refuse any products shipped without a return authorization number issued by us. All returned products are subject to inspection before a return credit can be approved. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
