PROCESSING
When an order is placed, shipping and delivery dates are based upon product availability and payment process time.

Once authorization for full payment has been received, orders will be processed immediately.

AVAILABILITY
All items receive the highest degree of priority and will be shipped within 48 hours of successful processing (Excluding Weekends and Holidays).

Items normally carried, but currently out of stock will be shipped once they have been received from our warehouse. An approximate shipping time will be provided via email in such an event.

DAMAGE
AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.

At the time of delivery, it is highly recommended that the receiver inspect all parcels for any visible damage that may have occurred.

If damage is present, the receiver must obtain a written acknowledgment from the delivering party detailing the damage so that the receiver may then file an insurance claim with the delivering company.

AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. is not the delivering party and as such cannot advise on information regarding an insurance claim (such as processing time, success rate). AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. is on your side and will assist you with any questions you may have on how to properly file such a claim.
